  1. Timely Sonia; I doubled down ruthlessly in the aligned content department recently. Although I remained on topic persistently I didn’t really double down on pinpointing specific issues and drilling the points home, moving away from core, pressing, common blogging problems. Sometimes we post to share helpful thoughts versus being ruthlessly, clearly, bang on relevant to the most pressing problems on our niches.

  2. I switched to Convertkit from Mailchimp and while I am tech-minded, even I’m amazed at some of the sequences and forms I’ve been able to set up as a novelist. And best of all? All of my emails look like an actual human wrote them (because she did), rather than looking like glossy online catalogues.
