This is a week of strong opinions on Copyblogger — designed to make you more productive, wiser, saner, and maybe even happier. We want you to do amazing things, so we’re not pulling any punches.
On Monday, Stefanie Flaxman encouraged us to get a handle on our information overwhelm, starting with getting smarter about the kinds of content we consume. Irrelevant content will steal every moment you have, if you let it. Reclaim your time!
On Tuesday, Kelton Reid distilled some hard-won advice from the more than 70 writers who have appeared on The Writer Files. He presented suggestions from 21 highly successful authors about how they wrestle the words onto the page in our environment of endless distractions.
And on Wednesday, I got very direct (maybe just a little bit cranky) about some things I believe everyone needs to know about digital business. Warning: swear words.
Over on Copyblogger FM, I listed three points of failure I often see on content-based websites. And, of course, I talked about how you can turn them around to produce the content your audience actually wants.
And on the Sites podcast, Jerod Morris will help save you a heaping pile of stress by explaining why it’s so important (really) to stay on top of those WordPress updates.
That’s it for this week — have a great weekend, and we’ll catch you next week!

Hey Sonia!
This has been a week full of new knowledge for me.
I liked Stefanie’s article on getting smart about the kinds of content we consume – thought that was a very interesting topic to discuss.
We are still in the middle of the week – so let’s see what other new information I can catch around here!
Thank you a bunch for the resources!
Cheers! 😀
