I took a serious break from speaking after last year’s SXSW, because we’ve got a ton of great stuff coming to you from Copyblogger Media this fall. I needed to keep focused on delivering well ahead of those impending launch dates.
But as summer ends and fall kicks in, you can always find me speaking at a few select conferences. This post will let you know where I’ll be and how to save money when attending.
Check out these 3 conferences and see which one works best for you:
Content Marketing World | September 6-8, 2011 | Cleveland, OH
With the inaugural Content Marketing World conference, online content marketing enters the mainstream (and it’s about time). Produced by the smart people at the Content Marketing Institute, the event embraces and illuminates ways that B2B, B2C, and small business marketers can get outsized returns thanks to compelling online content.
I’ll be doing a keynote panel with Copyblogger contributor and Social Media Examiner founder Mike Stelzner. Other keynote presenters include David Meerman Scott and Kevin Smith (yes, that Kevin Smith).

BlueGlass Tampa | September 26-27, 2011 | Tampa, FL
BlueGlass is an Internet marketing services company built by some of the smartest people in the business. Many of them also happen to be friends of mine, so I’m thrilled to be returning this year to their Tampa, Florida conference.
Last year’s event was one of the most useful and unpretentious conferences I’ve ever spoken at or attended. These people know their stuff and they share without inhibition, so if you want to accelerate your online marketing knowledge while writing off a nice trip to Florida, BlueGlass Tampa is a great choice.

AWAI Copywriting Bootcamp | October 26-29, 2011 | Delray Beach, FL
This one is purely for the copywriters out there who are looking to cash in on the demand for online content and conversion-oriented copy, also in sunny Florida. The entire focus of this conference is helping your earn back the price of admission (and thousands more) in short order.
Copyblogger was founded at the intersection of direct response copywriting and online content. I’ll be sharing the stage with some of those who taught me the direct response part, including Joe Sugarman, Dan Kennedy, Bob Bly, Michael Masterson and many more.

We’ll update with more events for both Sonia and me as we figure them out. Thanks!
