A couple of weeks ago, I did a webinar on content marketing strategy for the online marketing consulting firm, Vertical Measures.
It’s about not just creating content, but creating content that works as marketing. In other words, building an audience that builds your business.
It went pretty well from the feedback I got. So how did I screw it up?
Well, I was supposed to tell you about it before it happened, not after. That way, you could have attended live, participated, and asked questions.
Oops.
So, here’s the next best thing. You can watch the recording of the webinar at any time, no registration or email address required.
Click here to watch or bookmark the webinar now.
I promise this won’t happen again (much).

I really like the idea of “sharing a story over time” and your idea of using the “hero’s journey” in our content marketing. I also like your concept of “earning the right to make an offer. But I especially appreciated your point about building relationships and alliances. I think that is the missing ingredient for many people trying to gain traction online. Great job, Brian.

Watched this twice.
Second time i reviewed my notes which i took the first time and am writing a post about it based on my experience and the needs and desires of my audience.
Research is based on feedback from my readers, survey, social media engagement, comments and direct email questions.
Then i did my research for linking out to posts that will help compliment my story and explain it from a different angle.
What’s the most effective video you have created on content marketing for absolute beginners?

You don’t have to worry so much about this! It’s not like you screwed up, but you rather forgot a minor aspect ๐
But the webinar itself is really good!
